Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS application "Arukeys" ("the App") provided by Novasys LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Service Overview)

The App is a location-based game that generates in-game areas from the GPS route of your actual walking, and lets you develop a town with the resources you harvest.

Article 2 (Accounts)

  1. You may use the service in guest mode (anonymous) or by creating an account with Apple, Google, or an email address.
  2. In guest mode, data is stored only on the device and is lost when the App is deleted.
  3. You are responsible for properly managing your own account information.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

You must not engage in any of the following acts.

  1. Improper gameplay through spoofing or falsifying GPS information
  2. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling
  3. Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
  4. Acts that infringe the rights of other users or third parties
  5. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  6. Any other act that we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to us. You may not use, reproduce, or modify them without our prior written consent.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  1. We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or other qualities of the App.
  2. The accuracy of location information depends on your device and environment, and we do not warrant its accuracy.
  3. We bear no responsibility for any accident or injury that occurs while walking. Please walk safely at your own responsibility.
  4. Regarding loss or corruption of data, we take reasonable technical measures but do not guarantee complete preservation.

Article 6 (Changes to and Termination of the Service)

We may change the content of the App or discontinue its provision without prior notice. We bear no responsibility for any damage caused to users as a result.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)

If we change these Terms, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms within the App or on our website. If you continue to use the App after the change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. For disputes relating to these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
